Overview

Scope Projects is a Sydney commercial builder. When the team moved into a new office, they wanted content that showed the workplace and gave each organisation in the space a film of its own, not a single generic walkthrough.

We produced an interview-style shoot with B-roll, five individual organisation films, and a short office showcase for scopeprojects.com.au.

Challenge

A new office is easy to oversell. The brief was to keep the pieces short and usable: people on camera with a clear talking point, B-roll of the rooms and the work happening in them, and a separate cut for each organisation so they could publish it themselves.

Six people were to be mic’d. Each would work from a script or talking points. The interview material had to stay inside two to three minutes so it remained watchable.

Solution

The main package is an interview-style shoot plus B-roll. B-roll covered the new office, drone of the building, and staff working in the space. From that day we delivered five individual organisation films, each cut for that team’s own marketing, rather than one shared edit that nobody quite owns.

Beside those sits a 30 to 45 second office showcase: a tighter piece that walks the new design without the interviews.

Result

Scope Projects and the organisations that share the workplace each have a film they can put on a site, a pitch or a social channel. The office showcase covers the space itself, and the interview cuts keep the people in the frame.
