Case study
LeaseSuite brand and customer films
LeaseSuite builds lease and transaction software for commercial occupiers and tenant representatives. We produced a set of brand and customer films they can use on the site, in presentations and in sales conversations.
Client: LeaseSuite
Industry: Commercial real estate software
Project: Explainer film, customer interviews, founder interview
Overview
LeaseSuite is a Sydney PropTech company. Its platform helps commercial tenants and their advisors manage leases, transactions and the cost of commercial real estate. The team needed a media library that could sit on leasesuite.com, in decks and in paid campaigns, without reshooting every time a conversation changed.
We produced a company explainer, a set of customer case-study films and a founder interview as one package.

Challenge
Commercial occupiers and tenant representatives are a sceptical audience. A single brand film would not cover the brief. LeaseSuite needed one piece that states the problem and the product, several pieces where customers say why they chose the platform, and a founder conversation that explains why the company exists.
The explainer also had to show the product without a full custom UI shoot, so abstracted interface and selected B-roll had to do that work.
Solution
The explainer is a 90-second piece aimed at commercial occupiers and tenant representatives. It lays out the problem, positions LeaseSuite as the place that holds the work, shows the product in use through stock footage and abstracted UI, and lands on clients and security credentials.
Three interview-based case-study films sit beside it: two with LeaseSuite Occupier customers, and one compiled from interviews with tenant representatives. Those were planned as a one to two day shoot depending on diaries, then edited as separate assets.
The founder interview is a sit-down with Michael Steele and Andrew Brown on why LeaseSuite was started and where it is heading, cut with in-office B-roll, the team at work and a nod to the product.
Result
LeaseSuite now has a small, reusable set of films rather than a single launch clip: an explainer for the homepage and ads, customer pieces for sales conversations, and a founder interview for the story behind the product.
